  • Growth Story: France & Monaco

    Keller Williams’ systems, models and agent-centric culture are already alive and well in France.  KW France’s first market center, KW Longchamp, launched with much fanfare in December 2016. Their second, KW Lyon, is coming soon!

  • Growth Story: Poland

    KW Poland has taken a unique approach to getting their name out. Their training “roadshow” has generated excitement among real estate professionals throughout their region. The grand opening of their flagship market center will take place in March 2017.

  • Growth Story: Nicaragua

    After holding Ignite, their first training event, agents were EAGER to come on board for more Keller Williams training! As a result, KW Nicaragua’s first market center, KW Bolonia, is already making waves in their local market.

  • Growth Story: Israel

    Watch out for KW Israel! Home prices in Israel are soaring and analysts are starting to see a shift in the high-end luxury market. The region’s first market center, KW Modi’in, opens in March 2017.

Introductory Phase (30 - 90 days)

  • Initial inquiry via phone or email

  • Initial inquiry questionnaire for submission and review

  • Introductory skype call – explain process and identify opportunity

  • KW Opportunity Webinar to overview KW culture, models, systems, training, technology and marketing

  • Attend Franchise Systems Orientation (monthly opportunity)

  • Attend one or more of the following KW events:*

    • Recruit-Select, Action Training, and Leadership and Motivation (quarterly opportunity)
    • Family Reunion (annual opportunity in February)
    • Mega Camp (annual opportunity in either August or September)
  • Begin assembling Core Group, including: investors, operating principals, regional leadership and regional team

  • Behavioral Assessment completed for Regional Operating Principal

  • Master Franchise Application submitted and reviewed

  • Master License Agreement reviewed, approved and signed
